Job Description

Over All Administration.
End to End Payroll Process.
Coordinating with the Team member for ESIC and PF process.
HR Training/ Site visit.
Statutory Compliance like processing of Labour Licence, LWF, PT and Shops and Establishment registration.
Internal and External Audit.
Statutory Registers updating for all Sites.
Attending and closing Labour Inspection notices
Preparing Salary Breakup for the new proposal and providing necessary input and providing Clearance.
Handling three state both Central and State Authorities in all Aspect.
New joinee, CTC & Budgeted & payroll monthly MIS preparation & presentation
Site visits & meeting the clients
Coordinating with Bank person for opening the employee salary accounts
Supporting the Sales & operations departments in CTC (Minimum wages) preparation.
Cross checking the client invoices based on the payroll register
Support H.O team by providing the data/details.
Base & Site level employee engagements
Base Office Staff engagement activities

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
