Job Description

1. Pro-actively generate leads and engage prospective clients.
2. Coordinate with Finance department for sign off on proposal
3. Pitch company services to the client. Actively cross sell other services of PSIPL.
4. Conduct a site survey along with members of the operations team
5. Customize the services according to the client needs and present the same to the client.
6. Close the deal with the client with the details of manpower, rates, service levels, etc.
7. Prepare and maintain all documents as per the sales process like the Letter of Intent, Agreement, etc.
8. Ensure collection of bills and payments of the first 3 months of operations.
9. Maintain the minimum unit level profitability
10. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining good relations with them.
11. Do a competitor research and study the market for new developments.
